It's been said "If you aim at nothing, you'll hit it every time." I agree.

But let's add to that. "If you aim at something SPECIFIC, you're more likely to hit it."
Translation: Vague "one day I will" goals are not enough (can we even call those "goals"???).

Big-but-doable specific goals are what we all need.

As you focus on having a great new year, I want you to know that everything that
your parent(s) and family,
your teachers and coaches,
your church (if you had one) and friends
-- all the people who poured into you -- it was all worth it.

Because you are now the person you are.
They got a return on their investment.

It's up to you and I, now, to INCREASE that rate of return by improving our character, our knowledge, and our skills.

Why? Because...

We'll be able to accomplish more in less time.
We'll build BETTER relationships.
Increase our impact in the world.
Earn more income. Get more promotions.
Increase our happiness and fulfillment.
Just get better and better results in every area of our lives.

Our beliefs affect us FAR more than we realize.
Beliefs about OURSELVES.
Beliefs about others.
Beliefs about how to be successful in life.
Beliefs about how to handle all kinds of situation.
If life isn't what you want it to be, look first at what you believe deep down.
Because those beliefs eventually determine the life you end up with.

Don't just admire MLK. In a certain sense, BE MLK. Be the One for your family. Your community. For the people who need you to become the BEST version of yourself and step out into the world and create the BEST LIFE possible for yourself AND them!!

A short time ago, I declared a New Season in my life and what I'm on earth to accomplish.

I've made a big move to focus my energy and skills on helping others do the same...make a fresh start, make a course correction, increase their understanding and uplevel their skills so they can reach a new level of life and get closer to their Destiny.

“It takes a village” doesn’t just apply to raising children.
It applies to building a life you love at any stage of life.

If you have BHAG Goals (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals), you need some big-time support.

You'll NEVER get it done alone...or trying to squeeze wisdom out of friends or family who just can't guide you to where you are trying to go!
