❗️GOODBYE MULCH, AND HELLO NEW TURF! 😃
They finished installing the new turf yesterday and the kiddos are having a blast testing it out today! They have been anxiously waiting to go back outside on the playground to play, but they have loved being able to watch it be installed everyday over the past couple of weeks right outside our classroom windows! Thank you to those who installed the turf for us! It looks amazing! 💚😃🏃‍♀️🏃

Last week our preschool class built a castle using cardboard boxes! When it was all done the kiddos enjoyed playing with it by crawling from room to room inside of it and pretending to be princesses, princes, kings, queens, knights, dragons, and other fairytale characters! 📦 👸🏼 🤴 🐉 🧚‍♀️📚 🏰

Today Ms.Kylee brought in some baby chicks and 2 baby ducks for the kiddos to experience! She went over the rules of how we handle the baby chicks and ducks before hand as well as telling us that we could name the 2 ducks! As a class we decided on the names for them to be Lil Quack and Quackers! The kiddos absolutely loved it! 🥰 🐥 🦆

And just like that EGG DROP 2026 is in the books! We love doing this lesson with the kiddos every year and testing all the many different creations that are built! This year’s egg drop had all kinds of building materials to test: balloons, straws, sponges, parachutes, stuffed animals, tubes, boxes, and peanut butter! There was so much creativity! A big thank you to everyone for taking the time to build such awesome and creative egg drop creations with the kiddos! The kiddos had a blast watching them fall and then waiting and then finding out if their egg had survived the fall! Everyone did such an amazing job! 🥚 😊

The air in our preschool classroom was full of love as we celebrated Valentine’s Day! We began our celebration by taking Valentine’s Day photos for their families! We then moved on to the part of the day that they were most excited for which was the passing out of their Valentines to all their friends! This also involved showing their friends their creative creations they made to hold all of their valentines in! After everyone had received all their Valentines the kiddos got to pretend to be Cupid by tossing his love arrow in an arrow toss game! We then ended our celebration party with our Valentine’s Day dance which was complete with Valentine’s Day colored balloons and streamers as well as fun dancing music! HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY to our amazing WW family! We love you so much! 🥰 💘 🍫 💌 🌹 ❤️
