Need a reason to go from CNA to RN? How about 8000 reasons. Our recommended path of progression. CNA to CMA(Med aide), CMA to LPN, LPN to RN, then RN to BSN. Even if it takes you 10 years to accomplish, you're going from 30k to 70/80k a year (many nurses make 100k or better w overtime).
Need a Covid nurse? That'll be $8,000 a week
