Patrons eligible to receive food from the Tremont Food Pantry have to live in the Tremont 702 school district. The Tremont Food Pantry exists to serve Tremont, IL by providing food to families and individuals in need. The pantry is supported by the Tremont United Methodist Church, Northfield Christian Fellowship, Tremont Baptist Church and the Apostolic Christian Church of Tremont. We believe the

words of Jesus that this is one way we can respond directly to God's love for us: "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in."

The Tremont Food Pantry will be closed on May 25th for Memorial Day as we take time to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We will reopen during our normal hours next Monday following the holiday.

We wish everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Tremont Food Pantry Holiday Update

The Tremont Food Pantry will be open tomorrow, December 21st, to continue serving our community.

We will then be closed on Monday, December 29th, and will reopen on January 5th, 2026.

As we head into the Christmas season, we want to thank everyone for the care, generosity, and support you show to our neighbors throughout the year. We wish you and your families a blessed and joyful Christmas.
