Bayview Preschool is looking for a Lead Preschool Teacher to guide and inspire our 3 & 4-year-old classroom. 🧩 What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working in an early childhood setting
* A genuine love for children and a strong commitment to their development
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A patient, nurturing personality with a positive attitude
* CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required)
💡 As a lead teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Create and implement fun, engaging lesson plans
* Foster a classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn
* Partner with families and staff to ensure each child’s success
