NMC CHILDREN'S CHOIR Northern Lower Michigan's Premier Children's Choir

NMC Children's Choir is holding auditions next week for singers in 3rd-9th grade! NMCCC has been helping young musicians shine for over three decades. Singing in NMCCC is a great way for kids to develop self-confidence and practice teamwork, while making great friends and life long memories. Our most advanced ensemble (6th-9th grade) tours every spring and recently performed in Washington DC, Toronto, and Carnegie Hall in New York City. We would love to sing with your young musician too! Come be a part of this fantastic program for kids in kindergarten-9th grade 🎶✨

Music education helps improve children's ability to learn - ABC Education Musically trained children tend to acquire language quicker, learn how to read earlier and develop comprehension skills earlier. Cantus performed in Carnegie Hall this spring under the direction of Craig Hella-Johnson, Rollo Dilworth, and Coty Raven Morris. The ensemble will be singing their New York repertoire today at the NMC Childrens Choir Concert, including the new piece we premiered in Carnegie Hall called Mirrors To Each Other. Today's concert takes place at 3pm at Lars Hockstad. We hope you can join us!
