Popcorn day is this Friday May 8! Bags are 50 cents - money is due Thursday May 7.

On the top of your receipt write the name of your school or daycare* and we will donate 10% of sales to each organization. Have kids at multiple schools? For over 30 years, this community has supported us in more ways than we could ever thank you for. One of our greatest honors is that so many families have trusted us as a safe, welcoming place for their teenagers to learn, grow, and work.

In an effort to give back, we're launching a year-long gift card campaign. Each week, 20% of gift card sales will be donated to a different school or child focused local non-profit. We will kick things off January 18th-24th with Blair Elementary School. Go Bobcats!

TCAPS Superintendent Monthly Office Hours – January 13, 2026 📅⏰

Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) Superintendent, Dr. John VanWagoner, provides a monthly opportunity for community members to attend “office hours.” The next office hours will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. via Google Meet.

Bobcats doing big things! Shout out to our very own Emily Witte who represented Blair Elementary and Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) at the Governer's Literacy Summit on Monday. Emily is leading voice and a passionate advocate for literacy instruction at Blair and beyond. It was so great to have a local voice contributing to such an important priority for students throughout our state. Thank you, Emily!

The PTO meeting that was scheduled for Wednesday, December 17 has been canceled. It will be rescheduled in early 2026.
