Sea Bean Consulting Our Vision: Relevant, effective, and engaging learning for ALL. Sea Bean Consulting was founded quite simply because school districts need help.

They are being asked to do more and more with less and less. Schools need objective and experienced consultants who can help them realize their current reality, determine potential obstacles, identify their preferred future, and prioritize a sustainable plan for that future...that future for ALL students. Additionally, we work with parents who have questions and concerns about their child’s learning and we privately tutor students in a variety of subjects and skill areas. Goals of Sea Bean Consulting:

1. To support teachers, schools, and districts in the work they do every day.
2. To create systematic, sustainable action plans in schools that are designed to yield student growth.
3. To provide high quality information & support.
4. Bring joy to teaching and learning.
