Raven House Unschooling Raven House is a community that trusts children and their innate learning processes. We believe hum Families that practice respectful parenting.

Monday-Thursday 9am-3:30pm

Raven House is for Homeschooling and Unschooling families who are looking for a like minded community and an engaging self-directed learning environment for their children. The center is designed around the r

esearch of John Holt, Peter Gray, John Taylor Gatto, Kerry McDonald, Ivan Illach and the many other educators, researchers and authors that believed the best thing we could do for our children is to give them space to independently explore the world and assert our assistance only when asked. We keep a max of 1-7 ratio of facilitators/Volunteers to children. Families that are aware of white privilege. Families who are interested in dismantling systems of oppression and believe there is a better way for their children. Allies and members of the LGBTIA community. Allies of the Earth. Neurotypical and Neurodivergent families. (Krista is currently enrolled in the Sensory Life Academy and strengthening her ability to serve all families)

Families who love dogs, cats and rats (well you don't have to love rats but you will learn to:) as we have all of these on site.
