Such a treat to participate in recreating the Battle of Princeton today! Special thanks to Princeton Battlefield Society and all those that came out to support the 249th anniversary.

Historically, the Battle of Princeton was a significant action for the 17th and the site holds a special place for us!

We’re looking forward to many more events this year as we march on into the 250th!

The HM 17th Regiment of Infantry in America, 1775-1784 is visiting Historic Trappe!

On Saturday, August 23, from 10 am to 4 pm, step back in time at Historic Trappe and immerse yourself in a day of living history! Members of His Majesty’s 17th Regiment of Infantry will be at the Speaker’s House demonstrating essential 18th century domestic skills, including open hearth cooking, hand sewing, and historic laundry techniques. Discover how everyday tasks were carried out by soldiers and camp followers during the Revolutionary War.

While you're here, enjoy guided tours of the Muhlenberg House, home of Revolutionary War hero General Peter Muhlenberg, and explore the Dewees Tavern's galleries of Pennsylvania German folk art and furniture.
