Meet the Teacher: Mrs. Marianne Delinela, Middle School ELA

📚 This is my first year teaching English at the middle school level at St. Bernard’s Catholic School.

📖 I received my BA in English and Teaching Credential from San Jose State University.

✏️ I previously taught English 9 Honors and English 10 at Mountain House High School for three years.

📝 I enjoy going on foodie adventures with my husband and exploring new milk tea spots, especially Matcha!

A Wonderful First Week!

What a wonderful first week of school! It has been such a joy to see our students back on campus, reconnecting with friends, meeting new teachers, and settling into their classrooms.

The first week is always filled with excitement, new routines, and opportunities to build relationships. Thank you to our teachers and staff for all of their hard work preparing for a successful start, and thank you to our families for your continued support and partnership.

I am excited for all that this school year will bring as we grow together in faith, knowledge, and community. May God bless our students, families, and staff throughout the year ahead!

➕ This is my 3rd year at St. Bernard’s Catholic School.

➖ I’m from Trinidad and Tobago. Before moving to the USA, I was a Math teacher for 10 years at high school and community college.
