Tuesday: 6:30am - 7:45 am and 3:15 pm to 4:30pm
Wednesday: 6:30am - 7:45 am and 3:15 pm to 4:30pm
Thursday: 6:30am - 7:45 am and 3:15 pm to 4:30pm
Friday: 6:30am - 7:45 am and check with Flann for Friday afternoon's.

Minnesota State High School League's non-contact period is from June 30 - July 6. The weight room will be closed during that period because coaches can have, as the name implies, no contact with student-athletes. Enjoy the 4th of July, do some push-ups, and we will see you after the 4th.
