We offer expert training in Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Yoga, Tae Kwon Do, Zumba, and Fitness.

Our facility features a full gym, hot rock sauna, Cold Plunge, and a TheraLight 360 Red Light Infrared bed for enhanced recovery and wellness.

🥊🥋 Youth Martial Arts Sponsorship Applications Are OPEN!

Fight for the Dream Foundation is accepting applications for our Youth Martial Arts Sponsorship Program. Our mission is to help remove financial barriers and give deserving youth access to martial arts, mentorship, discipline, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle.

Selected applicants will receive sponsored martial arts training at Open Mat Academy from October 1 through December 31, 2026.

Eligibility & Requirements:
• Youth must be under 17 years old
• A parent or legal guardian must complete the application
• Sponsorships are intended for families with demonstrated financial need
• Additional documentation or information may be requested during the review process
• Applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and available funding
• Limited sponsorships are available

As our summer season comes to an end and our young athletes return to school, I wanted to share some photos from our offseason tournaments in Santa Cruz and San Diego, srimmages, as well as camps at OMA and Stanford.

Thank you to all the wrestlers who participated, and to the coaches and parents who made this summer offseason a success. Most of all, thank you to the Fight for the Dream Foundation for their financial assistance.

Schedule Update 🚨

We've made a few updates to our class schedule, including the addition of a new Women's Jiu Jitsu class.

Whether you're interested in Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Tae Kwon Do, or Peak Performance, every program is available for a free trial.

Our Recovery Center is also available during business hours and includes red light therapy, cold plunge, hot plunge, sauna, and oxygen therapy.
