We are looking to hire a Teacher and/or a Teacher's Aide.

Full-time preferred, but would consider part-time availability.

Applicants for Teacher position must be at least 18 years of age and enjoy working with kids of all ages.
Applicants for Teacher's Aide must be at least 16 years of age.

All applicants must be dependable, energetic, love being around kids, and have a positive and caring attitude. Past experience working in a child care center or daycare setting is preferred, but not required.

Must be willing to work in a team-based setting.

Ideal Teacher candidates should be able to meet the Teacher qualifications and requirements as set out by Minnesota Department of Human Services for a child care center setting OR be willing to work towards a certificate. Variances can be earned if needed. Additional training or assistance in obtaining certificate may be available.

Teacher's Aide candidates will be assisting classroom Teachers in daily activities that include learning, cleaning, diapering, etc. throughout the day. Ability to multitask and a strong work ethic are a must.

The City of Tracy is currently being advised to shelter in place. Staff is following lockdown procedures. All children will be released once shelter in place has been lifted. Contact Greg if you have questions.
