Hello Comm people! Here's an awesome opportunity; pass it on!

On Tuesday, October 1st from 11:45AM-1PM in Van Meter B12, CNN photojournalist & Goucher grad Oliver Janney '03 will share his experiences on the forefront of news coverage with COM 238 "Introduction to Public Relations." OJ will discuss what makes for great coverage of a news story and also the best ways for PR professionals to pitch a story. For CNN, OJ has covered stories as varied as the Boston Marathon bombings, Guantanamo Bay, the last Presidential campaign (on Mitt Romney's plane, no less), Capitol Hill and the Newtown School massacre, to mention a few. All are welcome to join - but please be on time.
