MBRT is sharing this session for alumni who may be exploring careers in accounting, finance, or business.

This in‑person session at the Mid‑Atlantic Coastal Conference will cover the CPA exam structure, licensure requirements, and study planning tips and includes time to connect with accounting professionals and firm leaders during the conference reception.

We’re excited to recognize Caydence P., a recent graduate of Fort Hill High School.

Inspired by her father’s work as a first responder, Caydence plans to begin a career in the medical field, where she hopes to continue helping others and making a difference in her community.

Reflecting on her time with MBRT, Caydence shared that her favorite memory was the wide variety of experiences she had throughout the program.

We are proud to recognize Isabela P., a recent graduate of Easton High School and participant in MBRT’s Student Ambassador Program.

This fall, Isabela will attend Mount St. Mary's University to study chemistry. She hopes to pursue a career in forensic science, using scientific investigation to help solve real‑world problems and uncover answers through analytical work.

Reflecting on her MBRT experience, Isabela shared that her favorite memory was attending Youth Congress Day in 2025.

We are proud of all she has accomplished and look forward to seeing where her future takes her. Congratulations, Isabela! 🎉

This spring, the MBRT expanded its reach and strengthened its mission through meaningful partnerships and collaborative conversations focused on education and workforce development.

In partnership with the World Trade Center Institute, the MBRT welcomed a visiting delegation from Estonia for an exchange of ideas around vocational education and workforce readiness. Later this season, MBRT joined regional partners, including the Greater Baltimore Committee, Living Classrooms and Johns Hopkins University, to share our collaborative model with more than 60 CEOs from Leadership Cleveland.

These opportunities reflect MBRT’s continued commitment to strengthening Maryland’s talent pipeline while contributing to broader conversations about education, industry partnerships, and economic progress.

We’re proud to celebrate Hailey W., a recent graduate of Kent County High School!

Hailey plans to attend McDaniel College this fall, where she will study nursing. She hopes to become a pediatric nurse, inspired by her desire to help others and be a steady source of support for those who need it most. Her goal is to bring light and comfort to patients during difficult times.

Reflecting on her time with MBRT, Hailey shared that her favorite memories include attending college trips and fairs, experiences that helped shape her future plans.

Alivian plans to pursue a career as a biohazard remediation technician, a field that combines technical skill with meaningful, hands‑on work. Reflecting on her time with MBRT, she shared that her favorite memories include participating in career tours, which helped her explore different pathways and shape her future goals.
