Yoga class and chair massages will be available to all participants. The yoga session will be provided on Thursday at 1 p.m. and 15-minute chair massages will be available Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Please bring a yoga mat or large towel for the yoga session. There will be a sign-up sheet the morning of the 12th for the chair massages. Lunch and a light breakfast will be provided each day. Please bring a laptop. This is a fully in-person event and seating is limited, so sign up soon!
