How lucky are we? Last week, the class of pink and yellow ventured out on their highly anticipated junior retreat. Through quiet reflection, trust exercises, games, bonfires, and prayer, our juniors have proven that they are ready to officially become upperclasswomen and receive their class rings in just a few weeks.

Congratulations to the seven members of the NDP Speech and Debate team who competed at BCFL 1 at Marriotts Ridge High School this past weekend! They competed against students from 16 other schools in the area. At the BCFL Awards Ceremony, the following students received recognition for their performances:

Joshika B. '29 earned an Honorable Mention in Declamation.
Lynn E. '28 earned an Honorable Mention in Extemporaneous Speaking.
Hailey L. '27 earned a silver medal in Dramatic Performance.
Kim S.-J. '28 earned an Honorable Mention in Original Oratory.

Last evening’s Hampton Awards and Foundress Society Induction Ceremony honored 12 individuals whose gifts of time, talent, and treasure have indelibly shaped Notre Dame Prep and the educational experience offered to students. They are exemplars of NDP’s mission and of the SSND charism that calls all together in faith, service, and love.

The Foundress Society recognizes those individuals who, through their lives, exemplify the ideals of NDP’s mission and the philosophy of the SSNDs. Congratulations to:
