We had a great time conducting a shovel test survey at Auburn House last Friday. We had visits from faculty, staff, and Acting TU President Melanie Perrault! We moved a lot of dirt, found lots of mid-late 19th century stoneware, glass, and nails, and started getting a better picture of what the structures on the grounds were. We’ll be back again in April for round two!
