Congratulations to all of the Appoquinimink graduates who will walk across the stage this Saturday!

Today, our TECC Turtles had a special opportunity to celebrate the Odessa High School graduates as they paraded through our hallways. Our students cheered them on and enjoyed seeing these future leaders as they prepare for their next chapter.

What a wonderful evening at our Spring Concert! Our students did an amazing job sharing their talents and hard work with family and friends.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Fernandez and all of the staff members who helped make the night so special. Your time, dedication, and support created a memorable experience for our students and families.

Our students enjoyed a day filled with fun, laughter, and outdoor activities, and we were thankful that the weather held out for all of the excitement!

A huge thank you to Mrs. Bain for all of her hard work planning and organizing such a wonderful event. We would also like to thank our amazing volunteers for their time and support in helping make the day run smoothly. We could not have done it without you!

What a wonderful evening we had at TECC’s Spring Fling yesterday! It was so great to see so many families come out to enjoy the fun together on such a beautiful spring evening.

Our annual Spring Fling has always been one of the highlights of the school year, and last night was no exception. From smiles and laughter to time spent together as a school community, the evening was filled with so many special moments.

Today at TECC, our students had an exciting opportunity to learn from three parent volunteers who shared their knowledge and experiences in Aerospace Engineering! Students were engaged in hands-on learning and real-world connections as they explored concepts of force, motion, and engineering design.

The highlight of the visit was an awesome rocket launch demonstration comparing Mentos and soda rockets to a water rocket launch — and the students absolutely loved it! 🚀

A huge thank you to our parent presenters for taking the time to inspire curiosity, creativity, and future innovators in our school community. Be sure to watch the launch videos and see the excitement for yourself!

Congratulations to Sharon Livingstone on being named Townsend Early Childhood Center’s Education Support Professional of the Year!

Ms. Livingstone is a dedicated paraprofessional in our RISE program. Her commitment to supporting students and helping them grow makes a lasting impact on our school community.

Their visit provided an engaging and meaningful experience that helped connect classroom learning to real-world experiences. This incredible event, hosted by Autism Delaware, brings our community together each year to promote awareness, acceptance, and support for individuals with autism. Now in its 20th year, the walk continues to make a meaningful impact for families across the state.
