🎓 Attention NM Community! 🎓

We urgently need volunteers to help chaperone Project Graduation for the NMRHS Class of 2026 on Friday, June 5th!

Project Graduation provides our seniors with a safe, fun, and memorable celebration after graduation — but we can’t make it happen without the support of our community. At this time, we are still in need of volunteers, and without additional help, we may need to reduce some of the games and activities planned for the evening.

If you are able to volunteer, please sign up here:

Thank you for supporting our students and helping us give the Class of 2026 a night to remember! ❤️

🐾💙❤️🤍 Making a Difference for Animals Near and Far!

Pictured here are the current and future officers of the NM Students for Animals Club, advised by North Middlesex art teacher Ms. Vicki Domings. The club was recently honored with a certificate of recognition from the Pat Brody Cat Shelter in Lunenburg for their continued support and dedication to animal welfare.

Each year, the club creates a fun staff-and-pets calendar and donates the proceeds to local animal organizations. This year, the club proudly donated $400 to the Pat Brody Cat Shelter! 🐱

Since its founding in 2016, NM Students for Animals has donated more than $5,000 to animal shelters and animal welfare programs at the local, state, and national levels.

The club is open to any NMRHS student passionate about helping animals through fundraising, supply drives, pet safety awareness, and sharing lost and found pet information throughout Ashby, Townsend, and Pepperell.

We are so proud of these students for using their compassion and leadership to make a positive impact in our community and beyond! 🐾✨

🚗💙❤️ A Powerful Message About Safe Driving

Today, NMRHS students participated in an important learning experience during advisory as they viewed a pre-recorded mock crash presentation focused on the dangers of impaired and distracted driving.

As prom and graduation season approaches, this powerful presentation served as a reminder of the very real consequences of driving under the influence or while distracted — whether as a driver or passenger. Following the 30-minute video, students and faculty engaged in thoughtful discussions that reflected the seriousness and importance of the message.

We extend our sincere thanks to seniors Marc P. and Maverick D. for continuing their civic action project and helping bring this impactful initiative to life.

A special thank you to:
👏 School Resource Officer Silvestri for coordinating the involvement of our first responders
👏 Mr. Paul Thompson and student actors Brady D., Erin S., Will H., and Kate B. for helping create the video
👏 Harbor Auto Body, the Townsend and Pepperell Police Departments, and the Pepperell Fire Department for their partnership and commitment to student safety

Together, we can continue to encourage safe choices and protect our community.
