Not only does she go above and beyond for the babies in her care and her infant team, she goes all out for the center as a whole! Ms. Becca assist in the office and is willing to do anything to help... with a smile! She is the perfect example of a true team player that works hard to provide quality care. The Delaware Department of Insurance would like to congratulate Beach Babies Child Care Milford for 20 years of participation in the Department’s Workplace Safety Program! Insurance Commissioner Trinidad Navarro and our Workplace Safety staff had the pleasure of presenting the commemorative certificate to Sean Toner, President, and Rhonda Duncan, Milford Administrator.

Beach Babies Child Care was founded in 1996 by Deborah Toner. Beginning with just 3-4 children out of their house and later expanding to the Lewes location in 2001, Townsend in 2008, Rehoboth Beach in 2009, Beach Buddies in 2012, and Milford in 2022, with a total license capacity of 690 children across the state. With the passing of our founder, “Ms. Debbie,” in 2021, Beach Babies Child Care is a proud second-generation local business that continues to serve communities across the state.
