BWCL provides FREE confidential educational services to adults in the county. Our programs cover adult basic education, English as a second language, financial literacy, GED prep, and more!
We have working relationships to support a diverse population including several agency collaborations within the county. We are very thankful for the sponsors who support our work. Without the community support and the contributions from the Bradford and Wyoming Counties commissioners we would not be able to provide quality individualized programs to the people in our communities.
This year we have been able to serve 38 students and counting, offer several levels of book clubs, provide individual programming, ran group classes at Bradford County Correctional Facility, partnered with BC Transition House and more!
Thank you!
