Woodworth Chapel turns 125 this year. Its walls have heard more history than most places ever will. 💙❤️

Tougaloo's chapel became a gathering place for people who believed Mississippi could change: Bob Moses. Medgar Evers. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Fannie Lou Hamer.

Today, Woodworth Chapel hosts Voices for a Just World — welcoming voices like Angela Davis and Marc Lamont Hill.

As President Wiggins said at this year's Convocation: "History is not simply a story about the past. It is a story about what one generation leaves for another."

We're a Top 10 private HBCU, the only Mississippi school on Forbes' list. 🦅
