Meet our new Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Ms. Jennifer Riley Collins. Jennifer joins us with more than 30 years of strategic planning and critical thinking. A military vet, Ms. Collins has held numerous leadership positions across numerous entities and platforms. Her advice to a first-year student? "Show up fully โ not just in class, but in your purpose. God didn't bring you this far to let you coast. Find your gift, sharpen it, and use it in service to something bigger than yourself."

Meet our Provost, Dr. Pamela Foster. Dr. Foster is a preventative medicine/public health physician who recently retired from the Community and Rural department at the University of Alabama School of Medicine, Tuscaloosa. She says she already considers Tougaloo her 'new family' and is excited to start this new chapter. When asked what 'Tougaloo Strong' means to her, she replied, "Continuing to build on the incredible legacy of the institution".

Meet Tougaloo's Chief of Staff, Ms. LaShasa Griffin. Ms. Griffin joins us with over 20 years of experience in higher education working at Coahoma Community College. Most recently she served as Special Assistant to the Federal Co-Chairman at the Delta Regional Authority. A devoted woman of faith, Ms. Griffin is an active member of St. Luke Baptist Church of Jonestown, Mississippi.
