FREE COMMUNITY SPORTS EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE!

Cowboy Clinic & Urgent Care is teaming up with the Elks to help make sure every student in our community has the equipment they need to participate in sports!

WE NEED YOUR DONATIONS!

Have sports equipment your kids have outgrown or no longer use? We are collecting new or gently used equipment for ANY and ALL sports, along with gently used athletic/tennis shoes.

Everything available Saturday will be 100% FREE! There is no cost to participate, and nothing is being sold.

# # # **Information from the Transportation Department**

**Postcards for Student Bus Riders are on their way!** 📬

Postcards will be arriving in the mail anytime. **Please check the information on your postcard carefully** and contact the Transportation Department if anything needs to be changed or corrected.

# # # 📬 DIDN’T RECEIVE A POSTCARD?

If you **do not receive a postcard** and you are **100% certain your child needs to ride a bus**, please contact our office. We will be happy to provide your student’s transportation information.

**Office Hours:**
🕖 **Monday–Thursday:** 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
🕖 **Friday:** 7:00 AM–12:00 PM

Our Transportation Department receives student information from **PowerSchool**.

If your address is **outdated or incorrect in PowerSchool**, you may not receive a postcard.

**Not receiving a postcard does NOT necessarily mean your student is not assigned to a bus.**

Please make sure your information in PowerSchool is accurate and up to date.

If you know a family who is **new to the district** and they aren't sure whether their child qualifies for bus transportation, please have them contact the Transportation Department.
