Tomorrow, Thursday, August 20, is the LAST DAY to submit Parent Pick-Up requests and Alternate Bus Transportation information to our office to guarantee that your child has the correct transportation arrangements in place for the first day of school.

Our school garden is off to a great start this year! Students and teachers started seeds in their classrooms, then planted them in the garden. We have tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, squash, pumpkins, and more growing in the garden. We also have 2 beautiful perennial beds that are bursting with color. Now, we need your help! The garden will need care over the summer. If you sign up for a week of care, you would be responsible for watering, weeding, and picking the vegetables that week. Kids love to work in the garden! 🦅 🦅 What a fabulous school year we had.
We are incredibly proud of all of our Eagles. We would like to wish you a wonderful summer have some fun, spend time with your family, don’t forget to read, write, and practice your math. To our third graders, you will do amazing next year at the Torrington Intermediate school. We are so proud of you. And looking forward to seeing all of our Eagles back at the end of August. 💙💛💙💛

Our Eagles had the best time at our final assembly of the year. Congratulations to all our students. A little fun surprise that the students LOVED our staff kickball game with a twist. Finished off the assembly with a school wide dance party to celebrate an absolutely amazing year at Vogel-Wetmore!!! Way to go Eagles. 🦅
