On Saturday, September 5, at 7:00 p.m., Swing Creek will return to the outdoor stage at Robber's Roost in Torrey. The band features five musicians playing guitar, fiddle, mandolin, and bass while singing songs from the Great American Songbook. The weather can be totally unpredictable in early September, so you will want to plan for the possibility of rain and cooler evening temperatures.

Next Saturday night, August 22, at 7:00 p.m., the Mark Chaney Trio will return to the Entrada stage. Mark Chaney, Kevin Stout, and Jim Stout are some of the finest jazz and pop musicians in northern Utah. This year, the trio will showcase music from the World War II era. Their concert will take place at Robber's Roost, 200 West and Main Street, in Torrey; and you won't want to miss it. Jeff Nichols, a recently retired history professor from Westminster University, is the editor of The Arches Reader, published in 2024. On Saturday night, August 15, Jeff will share stories featuring Arches National Park using poetry, fiction, creative non-fiction, government reports, and photographs that have been included in the book. His presentation will take place at Robber's Roost, 200 West and Main Street, in Torrey at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday night, August 14, Jessica Tyra, an outdoor recreation planner at Capitol Reef National Park, will be discussing how a 2025 visitor experience survey is impacting the planning of trails in the park. The survey focused on visitor experiences, motivations, and perceptions of crowding. It also asked them at what point they would no longer visit. Her presentation will take place this Friday night, 7:00 p.m., at Robber's Roost, 200 West and Main Street, in Torrey.

The John Flanders Trio will be playing some of Flanders' jazz originals, as well as covers like James Taylor and the Beatles, next SUNDAY night, August 9, at 7:00 p.m. John is a highly acclaimed saxophone/woodwind player who will be joined by Marty Morrison on guitar and vocals and Drew Fink on guitar, mandolin, and vocals. Three student artists, participating in the V. Douglas Snow Collegiate Arts Mentorship Program August 4–9, will be showing and discussing their work next Saturday, August 8. This year's mentor, professional artist Jana Parkin, and the students will be interviewed by Entrada Board member Mary McConnell. This event will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night at Robber's Roost, 200 West and Main Street, in Torrey.
