Our Mental Health Ambassadors (MHA’s) kicked off the year with a bang!! 💥 Our first meeting today was a super success. 🤩Not only did we love being able to meet in the Wellness Center 💚 we loved all the great energy and ideas 💡 that were discussed as we start to prep and plan for our first projects 💬. Scholastic Book Fair is Coming!

Get ready to discover your next great read! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to the Jefferson Middle School Library September 14–18. Students will have the opportunity to shop for exciting new books, popular series, and more throughout the week. The Book Fair will be open during snack, lunch, and after school until 4:00 PM.

Families are also invited to shop during Back to School Night on Tuesday, September 15, from 5:30–7:30 PM in the library. Stop by, browse together, and help support our school library!

Join Yearbook & Journalism Club! 📸

Help capture the stories, memories, and moments that make JMS special! Members will take photos, design yearbook pages, write for the Jefferson Journal, interview students and staff, and more. The club meets Fridays from 3:20–4:20 PM in the JMS Library and is limited to 30 students. Students must maintain a 2.5 GPA, good academic and behavioral standing, and no U’s in citizenship.
