Hey Class of 2003!

I wanted to address some questions and concerns regarding the reunion.

Before we started planning we reached out for input about combining reunions with class of 2002. The majority of people who responded said the more the merrier.

Considering that we were all just reintegrating back into live events at the time class of 02’s reunion should have been, they were not able to have one.

We thought it would be gracious, kind and fun to share the experience with our fellow West High alumni.

We also have had comments about the price of the ticket for the venue.

For transparency we wanted to let people in on the reason for that specific venue.

As you know the theme of reunion is a Luau. This venue is allowing us to have a private event and giving us the freedom to transform the brewery into a Hawaiian scene- green grass, bamboo, palm trees, tiki torches, Hawaiian florals the whole bit.

We also have plans for live music, dancers, a beautiful dinner, and so many more surprises and keepsakes from the evening.

We want everyone to be able to attend if the cost of the ticket is preventing you from attending please reach out to me privately so we can discuss ways you can contribute that would mitigate the price.

We have entered into the 20 year reunion planning phase… You ready?!

10 Years! Please tag yourself!

TODAY IS THE BIG DAY!
A few things we'd like to note:

1. PLEASE have a DESIGNATED DRIVER or a TAXI-CAB phone number on-hand. ABSOLUTELY NO DRINKING & DRIVING. Those heavily intoxicated will not be allowed to leave.

2. There is street parking and $2 lot-parking with validation.

3. When ordering alcoholic beverages please be conscious of those arriving later in the evening. We'd hate to kill alcohol budget and leave others hanging dry.

4. Please be respect the grounds and other restaurant go-ers.

5. Please kind and respectful to Mia & Sadie, if you have any complaints please relay those issues with the understanding that they have not received any compensation for organizing this event and therefore did the best they could with the budget provided.

6. No harassing entertainment providers; Samba Dancers, Dj and Fortune Teller. They will do their best to accommodate everyone however there are 100+ attending our event.

7. At-The-Door-Ticket Sales must be paid in cash.

8. Let's have fun! No fights or getting completely out of control. We have bouncers for security measures.
