South Bay Enrichment Academy (SBEA) is a K-12 summer school for academics (High School) and enrichment (Elem. and Middle School) serving the South Bay.
More than 1,500 Torrance area students attend summer school at the South Bay Enrichment Academy (SBEA). SBEA is a subsidiary of Torrance Education Foundation. Established by TEF in 2009, summer school coursework is offered for both Elementary and Secondary students for the period extending from the end of the regular school term, beginning at the end of June and continuing through July.
