Torrance Yamaha Music Center Yamaha Music Centers strive to provide a highly effective, fun, and life-time enriching music education for students of all ages.

For young students entering our group lesson courses (ages 4-5 & 6-8), we strive to be the best in enriching and equipping our students with musicianship skills and goals. For private lesson students (ages 9+), our faculty consists of instrumental specialists; providing the best instruction possible for focused and individualized study. We offer private lessons on piano, keyboard, guitar, ukulele,

violin, composition, flute, clarinet, and saxophone. Every year, we present two concerts: our Annual Ensemble Concert and Solo Recital! Our ensemble concert showcases all of our group classes as they perform as an ensemble with their class; exercising their ability to play harmoniously together. Our solo recital showcases all of our students at the school; giving them an opportunity to perform for other students in an intimate setting. Band & orchestra instrument rentals available! Room rental (upright or grand piano included) is also offered!

Dear Yamaha Parents and Students,

Due to the apparent shutdown of various institutions, large associations, events, and other activities, we have also reassessed our situation in the best interest of our Yamaha students, families, teachers, and staff.

Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, Yamaha Music Centers at Irvine, Laguna, and Torrance will be closed to observe our previously scheduled Spring Break earlier as follows.

Irvine & Laguna Mar. 30th to Apr. 4th >>> Spring Break Mar. 16th to Mar. 21st.
Torrance Apr. 6th to Apr. 11th >>> Spring Break Mar. 16th to Mar. 21st.

We will notify you with regard to our lesson plans and schedule during the week.
