Tonight’s Challenge: PRINCIPAL CHALLENGE! If we can jump up as an entire school by $350/lap by Friday, our principal will throw an APEX DANCE PARTY during Lunch!!!!! Essentially, if every student got one more pledge of a flat $36 or $1/unit, we’d get there!

Tonight’s Challenge: OUT OF STATE! The class to get pledges from THE MOST STATES (outside of CA) will earn a PIZZA PARTY WITH THE APEX TEAM!

Our 5th graders presented their Civic Engagement projects tonight. What’s a civic engagement project? Students examined their school community and looked for things they wanted to improve or change. They researched, investigated, and came up with proposals for change. It was an inspiring night to hear our students speak passionately about their projects. Thank you to our 5th graders teachers for guiding our students to be future leaders.
