Reflecting back to my last trip to Bali in November and December of 2023. In this photo I am receiving a Water Blessing Ceremony by my dear friend and Balinese Priest, Ketut. Hinored to receive from him and to know him as a friend. In Bali I continued my studies in Meditation, Movement, Sound Healing and an intense personal healing journey in detoxing my physical body of parasites. My heart is happy to share that I am setting up a Healing House in Peru to share the last 10 years of studies and journeys to help others to be supported with more laughter, respect and love. More details to come in sharing a special home in the Sacred Valley of Peru. I will be sharing a continued detox process with Mrs. Rogers Hood parasite cleanse from the United States and the journey of regaining my physical health. I first spent 10 years of my life, from 25-35 years old with an amoebic infection. It was a horrible journey that nearly took my life with it. I then lived my life as if parasites could never occupy my body again. I was wrong and humbled to admit it.

Let it flow like waterfall, let it bloom like lotus flower 🪷 an incredible embodied adventure to sing and dance with the waterfalls in Bali and give space to be playful and full of joy.

Beautiful rainy season in Bali. Warm, lush, smiles everywhere. So grateful for this chapter of life being spent here. Bali is the land of healing and the best place to learn and implement self care. The people, the land, the food, the excursions, sacred experiences all nourish my body and soul. Forever grateful and in love with Bali.

An incredible journey that started in February 2020 in Bali for 100 hours of training and just now in November of 2023 I made it back. To complete what I started feels surreal, joyful and peaceful. More incredible lessons that I would not change a moment of.

Beautiful day for the beach. Just a one hour taxi from Ubud. Getting to visit a dear friend for lunch and say hello to the Ocean. As my lings fill with a deep breath of Ocean air, I feel I am home. First time back since Covid era of 2020. A reunion with mama Bali is filled with so much awareness and love. Meditation Teacher Training continues tomorrow, to add another 100 hours to complete the 200 hour training that began in 2020. Heart happy ❤️

I finally embraced the silver! It came to a point of every 3 weeks needing to cover the halo and emotions that went with it. Grateful for the feeling of freedom 💗

More time drumming and singing in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Incredible does not do justice to describe how my heart tank feels. Ive met some incredible people from all over the world during my time here.
