💪🏼🔥 HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE! Crushed my lower body workout today! Was definitely a 🔥🔥. 😝
Just wanted to share some motivation that gets me going every time.

“Choose your pain. It’s a painful and uncomfortable process to get where you’d like to be, but what’s even more painful and uncomfortable is staying in the same place every day, every month, every year wishing for something to change. “

🔥that hits so hard. It’s the greatest gut check for me. In business, in life, in my health and fitness journey.

What’s one thing you would like to change but have not committed to changing out of fear of pain or the feeling of discomfort? You can share in the comments below or not but I hope you get the courage to get after it despite pain, despite discomfort.
