We're meeting another Moco teacher today! 🎉

The wonderful Hannah Haines joined the studio in 2023 as a ballet teacher, and quickly became a student favorite for her thoughtful, detailed, and incredibly positive outlook on classwork. While she sets a high bar for her students and expects them to work hard, she also supports and encourages them to have fun and grow their love of dance through play, choreography, dance history lessons, and more. We're so happy to have Hannah as one of our amazing teachers! Read on to find out some things you might not find in her bio...💕

Has your student danced with Hannah? Have you taken her incredible yoga class?? 🧘‍♀️

Our first Student of the Month this year is Jocelyn D.! Jocelyn is a senior at Oak Hill High School and started dancing at The Moving Company in 2025 through our tap and musical theater jazz classes. Since then she has been a fixture at Moco, this year adding ballet and modern classes to her training, joining the Moco Troupe, assisting with Preballet on Saturday mornings and even rehearsing her college dance applications with Miss Christina in her spare time! Josie shows up every day with a quietly prepared energy, listens and applies corrections diligently, has an enthusiasm for everything she does, and is a kind and helpful classmate through and through. Thank you Jocelyn for kicking off our Student of the Month series this year by being such a great example of a Moco student!

What a night! Thanks to Drouin Dance Center for hosting the incredible Kaelyn Gray of Bring Tap to the People in last night's workshop! Our fantastic teacher Liz RS was out there stomping the floor, refining her skills and refreshing her repertoire, and our students had such a great learning experience with Kae! Happy Monday everyone, we'll see you at the studio this week! 👯💕
