The purpose of the MANA de Topeka Scholarship Fund is to assist women of Latina/e decent students in completing their higher education. These scholarships are available on a competitive basis.

A night and meal to remember!

MANA DE TOPEKA SUAVE AGAVE 2025 – MANA de Topeka Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month & Dia De Los Mu***os, Suave Agave is an evening designed to tantalize the senses with art, culture, and a tequila.

Suave Agave Nov. 1, 2025 - Menu by Chef Guillermo Rivera
First Course:
CHEESE PENEQUE. A corn tortilla folded with panela cheese, jalapenos and serrano peppers, deep in white eggs then fried and finished in the oven. Topped with PADRECITO REPOSADO roasted tomato sauce.

Second Course:
SALPICON. (MEXICAN SHREDDED BEEF SALAD) Beef brisket shredded then mixed with roma tomatoes, red onions, red radishes, cilantro, olive oil, and queso fresco. Severed on a romaine lettuce leaf. Topped with PADRECITO BLANCO chipotle vinaigrette.

Third Course:
Teres major beef tender. Tender beef marinated with tamarind, orange, and olive oil. Then grill and finish in the oven topped with PADRE AZUL ANEJO GUAJILLO SAUCE. Served with potato cake, and medley vegetables.

Fourth Course:
KEY LIME CHEESE CAKE. Eggless no bake PADRE AZUL REPOSADO lime cheesecake.

Followed by Silent/Live Auction and Music to dance the night away!
Funds raised go toward supporting Latinas higher education goals and the programs and services of MANA de Topeka!
