Fly?
Change colors?
Play your favorite song?
Create its own shade?
Carry your pet along for the ride?

(And if you don't use a wheelchair, tell us what magical feature you'd add to any mobility device to make life more fun!)

National Disability Independence Day is celebrated on July 26 to recognize the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in 1990. It's a day to celebrate how far we've come while continuing to raise awareness and break down barriers for individuals with disabilities every day.

Naomi had so much fun reading at the Marquette Community Library in Marquette, KS!

Their summer theme is dinosaurs, and librarian Mary Kay even found and purchased six dinosaur books that include disabilities for the library. Naomi read three of them during kids' hour today.

A big thank you to Mary Kay for being so welcoming and helping make every child feel included! 💙🩷
