Our Defined by Heart: Summer Hoops & Mentorship Camp youth have spent the week building not only their basketball skills, but also their confidence, leadership, communication, and teamwork — and now it is time to celebrate them!

Come out this Saturday (6/13) to support these amazing youth during our Mini Tournament & Recognition Ceremony. Families, friends, and community members are all welcome to come cheer them on!

⏰ Tournament Starts: 1 PM
🏆 Awards Ceremony: 2:30–3 PM

We will also have:
✨ Light concessions & lemonade stand
✨ Community resources from Envista Credit Union
✨ A fun, positive community atmosphere

This camp has been about more than basketball — it has been about growth, confidence, identity, and leadership. We cannot wait to celebrate these youth and all of their hard work with you!

✨ 2025 in Pictures | Destiny Defined LLC ✨

As we look back on 2025, our hearts are full of gratitude.

This year marked so many meaningful moments for Destiny Defined LLC—from our launch in May, to piloting programs and building our framework over the summer, to showing up for community through connection sessions, creative giveaways, and holiday support. Whether it was crayons in the fall, gathering families for Thanksgiving, adopting families for the holidays, or sharing Cookies & Cocoa with Santa, every moment was rooted in community first.

None of this happened alone. Every initiative was made possible through partnerships, collaboration, and shared values. How Destiny Defined showed up looked different in each space—because we meet people where they are—but the impact was always the same: connection, care, and positive outcomes for our community.

As we step into this new year, we’re excited for what’s ahead—more opportunities for collaboration, education, and growing our reach together.

Green Heart Inc. News and Updates

As we begin the year, we wanted to share a few important updates with our community.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve made intentional updates to the Green Heart Inc. website to create clearer communication and a more supportive experience for families navigating grief, particularly children and caregivers impacted by the death of a loved one.

Website updates

We’ve added a dedicated News and Updates section to share important announcements, timelines, and information directly with families and supporters. This will be one of the primary places we communicate moving forward.

Registration process

We’ve also implemented a structured registration process to ensure families receive the right information and access to support.

• Pre registration allows families to express interest and share basic information
• Formal registration confirms enrollment and provides access to resources, communication, and private support spaces

Welcoming our first families

We’re grateful to officially welcome our first registered families into Green Heart Inc. It’s an honor to walk alongside families during such tender seasons, and we’re committed to serving with care and intention.

What’s coming next

Our first round of welcome kits will begin rolling out next week. These kits are designed to offer something tangible and supportive for children and families as they navigate grief.

We invite families who may be looking for support to learn more or begin pre registration.
