Tryout Dates, Times, and Information (2026-2027 school year):

•You must have all paperwork on file with the athletic office. Please email mailto:[email protected] if you are unsure if your paperwork is on file. This includes things like assumption of risk form, drug and alcohol agreement, physical (with all areas signed!), etc. If all forms are not on file, the athlete will not be able to tryout. •August 17 and 18 with first round of cuts occurring on the 18th and the second round of cuts occurring on the 19th if needed.

•Time: School is out at 3:05 and tryouts begin promptly with warmups starting at 3:20 pm in the south gym with tryouts/practice beginning at 3:30 pm sharp. Girls need to check in before 3:20 (on the white board) so they will need to have a sense of urgency when school gets out. We will plan to end around 6:30. There are 3 hour rules mandated from KSHSAA and we do strictly adhere to all KSHSAA rules so you can rest assured we will not go past 6:30 pm the first week.

•Other information: The locker room is open before school and locked during school hours if they’d like to drop off their bag(s). It is located in the north hallway right beside the science classrooms.
