KCCLI provides academic preparation and networking opportunities to help develop emerging leaders. Participants visit campuses and share ideas with community college presidents and other state leaders in two day sessions held monthly from August through April. This Institute is designed to encourage and prepare participants for leadership roles through lectures, guest presenters, case studies, tea
m projects, mentors and field experiences. KCCLI Program Goals
