Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads out there! Thank you for the support, encouragement, and sacrifices you make to help our Longhorns, Cowgirls, & Cowboys succeed every day! 🤠

Day 2 of our Youth Optimal Performance Workouts was another success as we increased to 70 total 3rd-6th graders who showed up, worked hard, and got better this morning at Cowboy Stadium!

Each participant received an Abilene Athletics & Activities wristband featuring our Core Values of Commitment, Effort, and Teamwork as a reminder to make great decisions each day. We also celebrated a strong first week with popsicles to reward their hard work and effort!

We still have 4 sessions remaining! Join us Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00-10:00am at Cowboy Stadium. 🤠

Mark your calendars! Tryouts for the 2026-2027 Intensity Central Kansas Volleyball Club season will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Abilene High School.

We can't wait to see both returning and new players in the gym!

💪🤠 What an awesome start to our Youth Performance Workouts at Cowboy Stadium!

We had 64 total 3rd-6th grade students show up today ready to work, and they did exactly that! The energy was high, the sweat was rolling, and our future Longhorns, Cowgirls, & Cowboys got better from start to finish.

Today’s stations focused on:
⚡ Speed
🏃 Agility
❤️ Cardio
💪 Bodyweight Exercises
🏃‍♂️ Movement Skills

We couldn’t be more proud of the effort shown by all 64 participants. They worked hard, encouraged one another, and improved throughout the workout.

We wrapped up the morning with a fun game of Sharks and Minnows and spent time talking about the core values that drive our Abilene Athletics & Activities:
