Ordained Disciples minister, a Trust-based Relational Intervention Practitioner and Post-Adoptive Support Specialist, Greg Lombard Rea will present this online workshop experience: "Churches Healing Children from Trauma" from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, by Zoom. This training will provide tools and strategies that churches can use to lovingly support these families in a way that promotes healing in the hearts and minds of children and teens. Registration Open For 2023 Youth Spring Retreat Come out to Tawakoni for the KCYF Spring Retreat, March 3-5, starting Friday at 7 p.m. through Sunday at 10 a.m. All youth in grades 6-12 are invited out to the camp for a weekend for fun, faith, and friends.

Register for 2022 Annual Spiritual Retreat

This year's Spiritual Retreat is four weeks away — March 10-12 — at Tawakoni. Led by Dr. Rev. Paul Koch, Co-Regional Minister for the Christian Church in Mid-America, participants will explore attitudes of Being which define what it means to live in God's Kingdom.

Matthew 5:1-12 will ground this exploration as attendees contemplate the Beatitudes from different Biblical cultural and experiential perspectives.
