The goal of SAFE is to increase seatbelt usage among students while providing traffic safety messages throughout the school year.

SAFE (Seatbelts Are For Everyone) is a free, student-led program for middle and high school students focusing on peer-to-peer promotion of traffic safety. Through education, rewards, and enforcement, SAFE highlights the importance of wearing a seatbelt, driving alert, and following traffic laws with the goal of decreasing the number of teen injuries and deaths from vehicle crashes.
