I say the same thing for starting combat sports. Go sign up to a Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo, Muay Thai, Karate, FMA, Kajukenbo, Judo, Boxing, dojo/school/academy. I guarantee a year later you would murder the version of yourself from day one.

You don’t have to remain in the same place forever. You can completely change in a year. You owe it to yourself to be stronger and healthier. If you have children it is a responsibility to be the strongest version of yourself! 👊💀👊”
