Athletes are already registering for BOTH programs, and spots are limited to just 8 players per group!

SBA + Fitrition Winter Strength & Conditioning offers flexible 4-week training options for baseball and softball athletes ages 12–18.

4 Weeks / 1x Per Week — $100
4 Weeks / 2x Per Week — $190

Athletes can start with four weeks and purchase additional 4-week training blocks if they want to continue.

Sessions focus on strength, speed, explosive power, agility, athletic movement and injury prevention — all in small training groups of 8 athletes maximum.

Smith Baseball Academy and Fitrition are teaming up again to offer Winter Performance Training for baseball & softball athletes ages 12–18!

Training will focus on strength, power, agility, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance — specifically geared toward the demands of baseball and softball.

📅 October 27 – February 20
⏱️ 60-minute training sessions

Training Options:
🔹 1 day/week or 2 days/week

Available Training Times:
