Today at Washburn Tech we’d like to recognize Chelsea Burgen and Dixie Price. Chelsea graduated from the Practical Nursing program at Tech in 2022, and Dixie is a current Practical Nursing student at Tech. They were both recently recognized with Community Service Awards from the Overbrook Police Department for their help in providing medical aid during a medical call earlier this month. Well deserved!

Today, Chief Carlson presented Dixie Price and Chelsey Burgen with Community Service Awards for their help in providing aid during a severe medical call earlier this month.
