Little Learners at Washburn Tech

Our little pumpkins had the best time trick-or-treating around campus this afternoon! 🎃👻 Their buckets were literally overflowing with candy! 🍬✨

A huge THANK YOU to all the friendly faces who handed out treats and made the day so magical for our tiny trick-or-treaters!

🐞🦋🐜 This week the children were buzzing with excitement as we learned all about BUGS! From tiny ants to fluttery butterflies, we explored, talked, and shared their favorite creepy crawly friends. 🌿✨

The biggest thrill? Finding worms on the playground! 🪱 The children were so curious and loved watching them wiggle!

🌈✨ Color Week Fun! ✨🌈

The children have been busy exploring colors in exciting ways these past couple of days! 🎨💦

First, they experimented with colored water by pouring, mixing, and discovering how new colors are created. Today, they took the fun to the next level with colored shaving cream. They explored by painting, squishing, and creating their own colorful masterpieces. 🖌️🫧

It’s been a wonderful way to combine sensory play, creativity, and science exploration, all while enjoying the beautiful weather. ☀️💛

We had a fun morning of halloween games, and an afternoon of trick-or-treating around campus.
Thank you to the students, staff, and instructors who came out to see us and to the parents who were able to join us for our parade!

They may have already had pumpkins, but we brought our cute little pumpkins to the patch anyway!
