💙💛 Hayden Grads: Back to College!

As college students begin heading back to campus, we love checking in with our Hayden graduates and seeing where their journeys are taking them.

Easton Blosser is returning to Kansas State University, where he is studying Business Administration with a focus in finance and sales, staying involved on campus, growing in his faith, and already preparing for his future career.

He shared:

“Since graduating from Hayden, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in a lot of different areas of my life. I’m currently attending Kansas State University studying Business Administration with a focus in finance and sales, while staying involved in Phi Delta Theta and Alpha Kappa Psi. This summer I’ve been working landscaping in Topeka, growing my social media around faith, fitness, and lifestyle, and continuing to strengthen my relationship with Jesus. I’m also excited to have secured an internship with Carlson Financial for Summer 2027 as I continue working toward a career in financial planning. I’m grateful for where I came from, everything I’ve learned along the way, and excited for what’s ahead!”

What we especially appreciate is that his growth isn’t limited to academics. He is building relationships, gaining work experience, preparing for his career, getting involved, and continuing to deepen his faith.

That is what we hope for our graduates: keep learning, keep growing, keep seeking opportunities, and keep faith at the center of the journey. This is what the Portrait Of Hayden Graduate looks like in action!

We are proud to celebrate Hayden graduates who are beginning their teaching career at one of our Catholic grade schools!

There is something meaningful about watching an alumnus take the lessons, faith, and relationships formed through Catholic education and carry them into their own classroom. They now have the opportunity to help a new generation of students grow academically, deepen their faith, discover their gifts, and understand the importance of serving others.

Teaching is more than a profession. It is a vocation built on patience, encouragement, leadership, and the belief that every student has value and potential.

Congratulations as you begin this new chapter. We are proud to see Wildcats continuing the mission of Catholic education in our community!

🏗️🐾 Hayden Alumni Spotlight

From the classroom to the construction industry, Hayden alum Carter Charvat is building a strong foundation for the future.

This summer, he is serving as a Civil Estimating Intern with BlueScope Buildings North America, where he is gaining hands-on experience in engineering, project management, and design.

His internship has taken him far beyond the office. He’s toured a steel manufacturing facility, visited BlueScope’s Research Lab, and witnessed firsthand the innovation, testing, and engineering that go into designing safe and reliable steel buildings. These experiences have given him a deeper understanding of the entire process, from the initial estimate to the completed structure.

Reflecting on his internship, he shared how grateful he is for the mentorship, encouragement, and opportunities to learn from professionals across multiple departments.

At Hayden, we love seeing our alumni embrace new challenges, ask big questions, and pursue careers that make a lasting impact.

🔧🐾 Hayden Alumni Spotlight

Congratulations to Hayden alum Mason Charvat, who is spending the summer as an engineering intern with Altec Inc. in St. Joseph!

Mason is gaining valuable experience in the company’s Engineering Research & Development Department, where he’s not only learning in the office but also taking his ideas into the field.

One of his recent accomplishments? Installing and testing a prototype he designed, a tremendous opportunity to see innovation come to life. His knowledge of 3D printing, combined with his creativity and curiosity, is already making a meaningful impact on the team.

We love seeing our alumni turn classroom learning into real-world solutions and build careers that make a difference.
