At The Learning Center, the safety and wellbeing of every child is always our top priority. During our dedicated training day, we welcomed a specialist to work with our entire team on recognizing and supporting children across all levels of emotional regulation and from diverse backgrounds. With a strong focus on trauma-informed care, our staff learned how to understand stress responses and meet children where they are at, responding with compassion, consistency, and appropriate support. We strengthened our skills in promoting healthy coping strategies, emotional regulation, and positive communication throughout our classrooms. We are committed to continuous learning, growth, and being better every day for the children and families we are honored to care for. 💛
