Tuesday 6:00 to 7:00 pm

Wednesday 6:00 to 7:30

Saturday Noon to 2:00 pm



One - on - one training & classes available
Students must be approved by me before starting



* Shoes off before entering.

*Students must shower, wear clean gior clothes before every class.

*No strong perfume, only light scent deodrant.
